Simone Biles - a seven time Olympic medalist - and NFL safety Jonathan Owens were married on Saturday at Cabo in Mexico. Simone and Jonathan initially met through the dating app Raya in the year 2020. It was the gold medalist making the first move and falling into Jonathan's DMs Though Biles was not old enough to participate in the 2012 Olympics, when she turned 16, in March 2013, she was almost immediately chosen for the national senior team, medaling at meets that took place in Jesolo, Italy, and Chemnitz, Germany. Simone Biles Owens and Jonathan Owens got married for the second time during a destination wedding in Mexico. Vogue states that the couple was married on Cabo's May 6 2012. The couple gathered for their destination wedding with 144 guests. It was 2 weeks after they had their private Houston courthouse ceremony on the 22nd of April.
